Premium Family: Spotify erkennt identische Adresse nicht.

ich habe seit kurzem einen Family Account und habe bereits mehrfach versucht, meine Tochter als Member hinzuzufügen. 
sie wohnt an derselben Adresse und wir sind im selben WLAN. Dennoch erhalten wir immer die Fehlermeldung: ihr müsst dieselbe Adresse haben. Sie würde versuchen, Premium

Family von einem

anderen Land aus beizutreten.

Bei dieser Fehlermeldung geht es primär um das Land, welches in dem jeweiligen Konto hinterlegt ist. Bitte prüft mal, ob bei euren Konten dasselbe Land eingestellt ist: https://spotify.com/account. 🙂

Natürlich ist das selbe und richtige Land eingestellt, wir bekommen trotzdem die Fehlermeldung, wir wären in einem anderen Land

Note that in order for someone to join your Family plan, the country or region their account must match that of your own Spotify account. There's more info on how they can update these settings in this article. Also, make sure they're entering the exact same address as the one displayed on your Family page. If the system can no longer find it or doesn't accept it, you should update it on your end first.

In case they're using a VPN, they should disable it.
