My Question or Issue

I live in the US Territory, Guam. I just purchased the premium family plan and I cannot find my address or any location close to me or anywhere on the island at all. Is this plan not available to my location?

Thanks for reaching out. As a US Territory, Spotify in Guam should function no differently than anywhere else in the US. Regarding the address, finding it is reliant on Google Maps so if it doesn't appear, then it's likely not included in the maps. Try adding the address manually, as long as the manager and members all enter the exact same thing, everything should work.

Hi I have the same problem! I sent my sister a family invite, but then when she input our address they said address cannot find. Moreover, if we cannot find the address on the suggested, it won't let her comtinue to the invite
