Problem

  • Hello, I have the following problem. My account is family premium and I am in Argentina. My son is included in the account but at this time he is living in Panama.

He tells me that from his cell phone he can normally use Spotify and see his playlists but when he tries to use the PC an error appears saying that he must have a premium account. And if he enter from the web link, my playlists will appear, not his.

How could it be solved?

First of all, please keep in mind that all members of a Premium Family plan must reside at the same physical address to be allowed to be included in the plan. 🙂

 

He's likely using a different account on his computer, causing this issue to appear, so I recommend asking him to check this first.
