Register family and country change doesn´t work

My Question or Issue

Hello

I moved from Germany to Austria (with German account). Here i got a Family with Austrian Accounts. Today we tried to login these Accounts in the Family abo. This doesn´t work. We all typed the same Adress.

So i tried to change my Accounts Country to Austria. Works neither.

My paypal account was not accepted.

My creditcard worked out except the country change, stays Germany (set it back to paypal after second retry).

My Premium Account almost 10 jears old and contains a lot of Playlists. So i dont want to create a new Account.

Can you change my county?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

If you've successfully changed your payment details to an Austrian payment method, you'll have to wait for the next bill in order for the country to change.

Alternatively, you can cancel your Premium subscription, wait for your account to go on Free and then change the country manually to join an Austrian Family plan or create one using an Austrian payment method.
