My Question or Issue

I am trying to join my families premium plan, and whenever I type the correct home address through the join process it doesn't do anything. I type it in, press enter and it doesn't do anything. Can I please get help, I hate using the free version.

Hey @JAD194, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

In order to be able to accept the invite, every member should have the same address and country. You can check here if you have added the same country as you. You can follow these steps if you need to update it.

Then make the plan's manager invite you again to the Premium Family. After you have accepted the invite, you can enjoy the Premium features.
