Unable to Redeem Google Home Mini

I’ve already been registered and all for the google home mini; I can get as far as checkout and that’s where I’m stuck. It asks to fill out the shipping/payment info, which I do, and then I scroll to the bottom and it says “By clicking ‘COMFIRM PURCHASE’, you agree to the device terms of sale.” However, the only available button is “Save Changes” which I click and nothing happens. The page reloads a little but that’s all. I keep coming back to see if it’s fixed, but whenever I come back to the checkout page I have to reenter my info and the problem remains. I tried searching for this issue but I can’t find anything relating to it, I just can’t confirm and complete the purchase to get my mini delivered.
