Free/Premium - Family

My Question or Issue
Unable to join this Family plan. Try again by clicking the ACCEPT INVITE button in your email. If that doesn't work, ask the plan owner to send another invite.
No matter how many times we have tried, we cannot register or opt in to the family plan. Is it because we previously used the same account with Free subscriptions? If so then that is lame.
Can you do something?

Please check this Premium for family help guide for further information.
If you're not getting the invite mail ask the user who invites you to send it using an incognito web page.
In addition please make sure all family members are listed under the same physical adress for it to work.
