Upgrade two duos to family plan

Solved!

Upgrade two duos to family plan

Hi.
My sister and me are subscribers of two duo plan.
Now we live toghether and we'd like to upgrade to one family plan along with our partners.
Is it possible? I think yes, of course.
Which is the correct procedure to do that?

Thanks 🙏

Hey @jarama888,

Thanks for reaching out.

In this case, it's best if she cancels her Premium Duo plan and waits until it has ended. Once it has ended, you can upgrade from Premium Duo to Premium Family here or on your account page.

The way of inviting someone to your plan remains unchanged, and since you already have Premium Duo, I don't think I need to go into further detail about this 🙂

Just keep in mind that your sister and her partner will only be able to join your Premium Family plan if they haven't been part of more than one Duo/Family plan in the last 12 months.

I hope this helps!
