Why can't I add a family member on premium?

Why can't I add a family member on premium?

If you have added someone in the past 12 months can you not add another member?

Thanks, @robyn13 🙂 That worked.

 

Ok, so you're logged into an account that is part of the Premium Family plan.

 

However, the account is just a member of the plan, so you can't make any changes to it. You'll need to log into the account that is considered the manager of the plan.

 

It's the second account on the screenshot. You can see the profile picture as well as the display name of that account there.
