Wrong country after using a non italian payment card

Hello,

Yesterday I join Spotify Premium Family for the first time. I live in Italy so I put our home Italian address. Since my son lives in the UK, he pay for it using his British card.

Even if we put an Italian address as home since we use a british card Spotify put UK as main country.

Now my family can't join the plan even after inserting the right address.

It says "you need to live in the same country etc".

How can I change my country back to Italy? I edit my payment card using an Italian card now but it's still saying "UK".

First of all, the payment method needs to be issued in the same country your account is set to. So if you live in Italy, probably your country/region settings are set to Italy, and if you're the manager of the Premium Family plan, the card you use to pay for it needs to be Italian too. In this case, the most recommendable is that you choose another payment method that matches your account's country setting and invite your family members that live at the same address as you. Note that you can't change the country setting of your account if you're not in another country.
