You need to live at the same address

Hi. Please help me. I have sent a invite to my sister to join as a member to my family plan in spotify. Even though I have input same address as mine and change her country setimting to her account she still cannot join to the member. My country  is Philippines and she set her account country to Philippines to so we are in the csame country. Can you help to this? Thanks

Any help for this?

Hi, have exactly same problem. Family moved to another country and when accepting family invite it states that you are trying to join from different country. I have changed country in settings.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

 

Just a quick reminder—members of a Premium Family plan need to live in the same country. If that’s not the case, it might be why she's having trouble joining the plan.

 

If she is in the same country, I’d suggest that you update the address for the plan through your account using this link.

 

You don’t need to enter a different address—just re-enter the same one to refresh it with the latest Google Maps updates. After that, you can send her another invite.
