accessing another family account

I made an account for work on my family plan and I can’t remember what email it was linked too so I can’t log in, I am family plan manager and was wondering if there’s a way I can link it to an email now to change the password so I can access the spotify wrapped for all of work to see 😊

Spotify accounts, including those on a Premium Family plan, are intended for personal use only and must comply with the same household requirement. This means all members of a Family plan need to reside at the same address, and using accounts in a work environment or sharing them with non-household members would go against Spotify’s Terms and Conditions.
