When you click on the link bellow, does it say Premium or Free?

If it says Free, and you're not the plan manager, can you ask them to check if you're currently listed as a member?

Keep in mind that while Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages.
If you hear ads even when playing music, you might have accidentally logged in to a free account. This article will help you locate the correct one.

I have a premium duo subscription but I still get ads between tracks. I’m paying for the premium subscription to not have to listen to stupid ads! Outrageous really!!
I want the ads to be stopped on my premium subscription ASAP.

Unfortunately, you haven't provided any info on which device you're experiencing this issue, but assuming you're using the Spotify mobile app, can you please open it and go into Settings > Account? Does it say Free or Premium there?

I’m getting the same issue on my iPad and iPhone. When I go to my account it says premium duo.
I have Spotify on for white noise for my newborn to sleep through the night and the ads are now causing him to wake up constantly.
