Einladung zu family funktioniert nicht

Hallohabe upgrade auf family account gemacht, aber die Familienmitglieder können die Einladung nicht bestätigen, es heißt immer "kann premium family nicht beitreten"? Es gibt aber nur den einen account, sie haben keinen einzelnen. Langsam nervts.
