spotify duo premium ad

I'm on spotify family and i keep seeing the premium duo ad. I do not want to see it everytime i launcht the app since i already have premium. Please give an option to turn that off.

Could you try logging out > restart device > log back in? It shouldn't occur after you do this, and if it does - let me know what your subscription status says here and I'll take a look.

I have the same issue. I've tried logging out/in again and I have checked that my subscription is premium.

We just cancelled Duo. We tried numerous things but kept getting the ads. Too complicated. I think we’ll try a different platform. Not sure Spotify will care/miss us!
