Discount for students problem

So I created a student account my first year of college but I had a different email and password for that account and never bothered to check because of auto login. 

Today I changed all my Facebook info but it didn't change my spotify info. Now I don't know the password or login for it but I could use "sign in with facebook" to get in. Great and all but I wanted my free Hulu account and I needed my password. So I made a new account with the proper email and canceled everything and logged out of the original and disconnected facebook and added it to the new account. I tried to add my student info to this account but it says the info is associated with an existing account. Is there any way I can contact someone in support to remove the old info?
