Hey there @31zle6fwsftzp74lye2m,

Welcome to the Community!

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been double charged for a certain month.

It's possible that you've had some failed payments on your account for the past few months, and the system was able to take the payments with a certain delay.

This could make it look like you're not getting a full month of Premium but it's just the system catching up on earlier payments.

If that's not the case, you could also take a look at this page to see what you can do to check if you have a Premium second account  with us for which you are getting charged.

Keep us posted on how it goes and let us know if you have any further questions.

Money has been deducted from my bank account but my premium subscription failed, this has never happened before and I have been a premium subscriber for 2+ years

Quería cambiar de fecha de pago , pero ya me habían hecho el cobro un día antes , es decir el 23, pero mi cobro son los 24

I paid for the premium student plan on the 23/12/24 however today Spotify have been trying to take payment . It hasn't been a month yet and my plan is expired

Me llegó un correo donde me decía donde expiraba mi Spotify premium para estudiantes pero yo ya había actualizado mis datos y pagué el 14 de enero y me lo quitaron el día 23

I've been charge last April 15 but my due date is April 20

Anddd there is not showing that i pay

same thing happened to me but i bought the individual i bought the membership 11 nov and i get charged 30 nov i there anything i couldve done to avoid this, and could i also have it solved?

Hello my payments are never late or declined but the last 2.5 months Spotify has been pulling the money 1-2 weeks before my usual renewal date. This has since caused me to now have a declined payment and I can’t pay it until my check in a couple days?

Hey folks,

Thanks for keeping the discussion going.

If you've already tried all the steps outlined in the Solution post, we'd recommend getting in touch with our colleagues from web messaging/email support.

They can take a closer look at your account and billing history to verify the payments and check what's going on.

Hope this helps and keep us posted if you have any other questions.
