Issue with Spotify Premium for students

Hi Guys,

Yesterday I wanted do install the Spotify App on my Windows-PC, all went well. Before that, ive listened to Spotify on the Web-Browser and had a Premium-Account as well. Since I am a student, i have a discount-code for spotify, which I only can use once for one account. So my problem is, that ive used my old account( with no premium) for the Login on the App and now i can´t get back to my old Premium-Account.

Can anyone help me?

Hey @niklas19,

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
