Mi pregunta o problema

El DIA 25 REALICE CAMBIO DE PLAN PARA EL PLAN ESTUDIANTES, REALICE EL PAGO Y APARECE COMO PAGO APPROBADO. ACTUALMENTE MI CUENTA APARECE COMO UNA CUENTA GRATUITA Y NO SE ME REALIZO NINGUN REEMBOLSO. 

CÓMO OBTENGO MI PLAN PARA ESTUDIANTES O UN REEMBOLSO?

AGRADEZCO UNA PRONTA RESPUESTA QUE SOLUCIONE MI INCONVENIENTE.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

There's a chance that the payment you made recently is a delayed payment from another month, this could be the reason why your account is on the free service after you just paid. We'd first suggest checking out your receipts or bank statements to confirm. If that's the case and your discount is already verified and active, you can subscribe again here.

 

You can also reach out to our Support team here. They'll be able to check your account and provide further info if possible.
