My Question or Issue

so previously I subscribed to the 99tk/month plan paying through my mobile operator but unfortunately the 2nd months' payment failed due to insufficient balance and after that i didnt use soptify for quite some time and my account was rolled back to free plan. now when im trying to repurchase the same plan as before the payment fails. I have also tried using a different phone number but it still does not work.

For starters, make sure you try the following: 

 

  • Log out and back in from your account and try again
  • Try using an incognito window
  • Try with a different device
  • Try connecting to different internet connection

If none of those help, you could try using a different payment method. Or if you want to continue with your mobile provider, we recommend contacting their support team so they can make sure everything is okay from their side.

 

Lastly, you can contact Fortumo’s support here. They're the ones in charge of payment made via mobile providers.
