payment fail

 Hi i’m trying to pay for spotify student premium and every time I put in my card information it says payment fail. There’s money in my account and i’ve also checked to see if i qualify for the student premium, and i do. I don’t understand why it’s not letting me purchase it.

Besides, you can check your payment information on your account page.

If your plan is through a partner company, contact them directly for payment-related issues. You can find their contact link under Payment on your account page under Manage your plan.
