Payment

I have premium student. My account got debited yet spotify says my payment failed and i had to downgrade to free without trying to check the error

Thanks for reaching out! 

Sorry to see you've been having issues with your payment 🙂 In case for some reason a payment doesn't go through, it should return to your respective bank account shortly, so I do hope that everything is good by now.

In any case, do keep in mind that if you reach out to your bank, the folks there should be able to tell you more about the current status of your payment and if something has prevented it from coming through. 


If the errors persist and the issue doesn't seem to be on your bank's end, I'd advise waiting a bit and trying again in 24 to 48 hours. 
It's a good idea to try using an incognito browser window or a different device to see if that would make a difference.
