Student Credential in use

I have Premium right now and I am trying to switch to the Student Plan, but it keeps saying that my student credentials are already in use, which is weird because I have never signed up for the student discount before. How can I get the Student Plan to work?

I am having the same problem and I tried clearing my cookies and it still says the same message
