Student Overseas Discount issue

Hi, I'm having issues signing up for the student discount.

I'm from the uk but am studying at a university in Portugal.

Many of my colleagues are able to signup with the discount, but mine keeps forwarding to unidays, which is for UK universities. I have read that I should change the country on my profile to portugal, but on the dropdown there is only UK.

any solution?

To get the student discount in Portugal, you'll need to update your Spotify account's country following these steps.

If you're currently paying for a Premium account, you should be prompted to update the country when updating your payment method to a credit card from Portugal.

If your account is free, but you're unable to switch the country, I suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to make the change. As a last resource, you can try using a different device.

Once the country is updated, you just need to get the discount here. As a reminder, you'll need to use a payment method that matches the account country.
