I have been signed up for the student plan since January, I was charged end of April. ($4.99).I went to use my Alexa and its saying I don't have premium. I've checked all emails and I only have 1 account. I'm at a lost and I have no idea what to do.

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the community!

 

In case this is only happening when you're trying to use your account via Alexa, try removing the Spotify account from the Amazon app and linking it again.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, try reinstalling the Amazon app, and setting up your speaker again from scratch.
