Student authentication

I cannot authenticate as a student as Spotify only considers my University as ONE Faculty and directly redirects me to the website of a Faculty that is not mine. If I search for my faculty, I can’t find it, only my university and I cannot authenticate as it redirects me to a website that is not from my Faculty. This is annoying as I used to have Spotify Premium Student as they would let me authenticate before. Please help.
