Student discount

I sent my information two days ago but I haven't received the student verification. I'm a student at Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, second semester.

I'd really like what amount of time does it usually takes to get verified.

It may take up to 28 days to verify your Student status and get elegible for the Spotify Student discount, because your credentials will be manually verified by an agent.

i signed up for the students discount in Mexico, and i entered my credit card info and submit my documents of my school, the issue is after completes the proccess the app take me to the beginning and still appears like free account also i haven't received the student verification,i put in contact my bank and the payments was successfully reflected, my questions is what is going to happen with the money of my purchase?
