Student plan refund

I want to get a refund for the student individual plan membership. Is this possible and how can I do this

Sorry to hear you’re leaving Premium. You can cancel your Premium Student subscription following these steps to avoid being charged.

I also understand that you would like a refund. Please know that if a payment has already been processed on your account, canceling the subscription will not refund the payment, and your Premium will remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled by contacting Customer Support here.

Refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the payment has been processed (date of purchase), and I would recommend making sure that you have all of your payment information on hand, as the Customer Support team will need that to verify your account.

I had issues trying to renew my spotify premium student and spotify automatically went back to the normal premium individual, so I was overcharged an amount of R69, 99. Ultimately I was able to renew my premium student and the monthly amount is R37, 99 on a student premium. So I'm requesting the refund of R32, 00 since I'm on a premium student plan. I had the same issue last year and I was able to get a refund. So I'm hoping I will be able to get a refund again this year.
