Unapproved Payment

I was trying to register student premium account on my spotify application. But upload file button was not working. I tried 4 times but i couldn't upload. But spotify took the fee 4 times from my card. Will they give back my payment?

Sorry to hear you've had some issues getting setup, if you contact Spotify support (you can do this here, or via Twitter here) they'll be able to sort that out for you 🙂

It may be that the charges are just verification payments, so they'll automatically refund. But it's still worth reaching out and seeing what support will say 🙂
