My Question or Issue

i want to change my payment method and i was canceled my subscription and spotify told me my premium was over at 08/05/2022 (august, 05 2022) and i cancel it after cancel it i want renew subscription and use my visa card (before use this card i was use mobile operator) after renew i see the web but the renew still at 08/05/2022 (august, 05 2022) and my money was deducted for payment and was not extend and i still paid on that date and what should i do. I am sorry if my english so bad

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

It is possible, that the payment is marked as pending on your end and it hasn't gone through yet. You can check your Spotify account page for a confirmation on that. Is the payment with your card visible there? If not, it means the payment wasn't successful.

You've mentioned, that the subscription wasn't extended. Is your account on free now?
