My Question or Issue

I have a student plan and I have been trying to play  my music offline but it’s not working

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

First make sure, that you're logged in on the right account. You can check its email address in the settings menu on the mobile app and compare it to the one on your account page.

 

If you're logged in on the right account, check this page on steps about using the app in offline mode.
