student discount problems

So..... I applied for a student discount... pretty soon I got an e-mail from CheerID that my request was accepted and that I could finish my purchase by clicking on the green button (anex 1) 

When I do this, I get a log-in page (anex 2). When I try to log in (YES, with the right username and password!), I get an error-page (annex 3) 

can anyone help me?

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to complete the student discount subscription.
