Device for just Spotify

Hello hive mind!

I want to encourage my child away from their screens, but limiting their screen time means I'm limiting their access to Spotify.  Can anyone recommend a Spotify-only device?  I've seen the Mighty Vibe, and I think they would prefer something with a user interface.
