Spotify issue with Amazon devices

Hi

Just wondering if Spotify are aware that there’s a known playback issue with Spotify on Amazon Alexa devices?

When I say “known” I mean that I contacted Amazon and they were happy to tell me that they are aware of the issue which is affecting many of their customers but that they don’t expect the issue to be resolved until sometime in 2026???

Not great if you’re a paid Spotify subscriber!!!

Can you guys do anything about this?
