Solved!! Cannot change country!

I cannot my change my country. I am in Germany and the Spotify is in German, but my land is seen as USA. How can I change it? I checked with whatsmyip or another websites and it seems that I am using a German IP. Thanks,

How do you get help if something does not work?

I purchased spotify duo but when my partner verfies our address he gets an error message. I think a person from costumer support needs to look into this. But it seems, spotify does not have one??? So annoying.

My music artist friend passed away and their music is being removed from streaming platforms
