Did Spotify Sunset Librespot Capabilities?

Did Spotify sunset Librespot capabilities? Today my personal librespot --> Snapcast streaming capabilities no longer work. I can see the librespot device when selecting a cast device in the Android app, it connects and says it is playing. But no audio on my speaker. I have troubleshot and tested with a local audio file and can not find any networking issue, firewall issue or configuration issue as nothing has changed. 

This setup allows my son to scan RFID cards to listen to his pre-selected playlists independently .

Yes I know, but they can control API access to this specific external application.

I think the best place to ask this is at the chatroom of Librespot or making an issue at their GitHub.

This was corrected by recompiling Libraspot.
