Playlists are duplicating and queue keeps changing

I've noticed my Playlists are only playing a few songs in the queue and songs are duplicating multiple times.   When I set the queue, the songs that play are not what I set.  Then I get more duplicates.  Also playlists randomly quit playing. I have to switch in order to hear music. This happens with premium and free.
