Prohibited Apps

Hello, one of the developer guidelines for prohibited apps says you can't put content from another streaming service next to Spotify content. It's kind of vague and I was hoping to get a more definitive answer about what I want to do. Am i allowed to create an app where you could have a playlist with songs from Spotify and another streaming service? This would also include the ability to play the songs from this playlist and to search for songs on both platforms with the search results displaying results from both. Please let me know, thanks.

Playlists of other services are content from other services, and are, as you already said, prohibited.
