My Question or Issue

I have submitted my Quota extension request, but rejected with the reason "to submit fully functional application" but I did shared the link of App Store with all the functionalities integrated. I am not sure what is missing over there for leading to this rejection. Can you be a little more descriptive about the issue over here.

I got rejected a few times with that message.  Eventually I did a full length video explaining how my app works and that seemed to do the trick.
