My Question or Issue

Hello, I want to create a telegram bot in which the user can search for songs by title and the bot will display a picture of the song and its music preview. Will it be a violation of the API rules to download pictures and previews to a computer and then send them to the user? I am developing a pet project and I will be the only one using the bot.

Sometimes it gets posted or reacted that someone's Spotify bot integration gets rejected.
