Using Spotify logo everywhere, or one time?

Hi! Our team made an application that analyzes user's music taste. Recently we got our quota extension request rejected, and one of the reasons was "Metadata, cover art audio content must be accompanied by a Spotify logo and a link back to the applicable artist, album, track, or playlist on the Spotify service." 

I am not sure, if I should mark with the logo every part of the page, where Spotify content is used, or is it enough to put it once somewhere on the top? It would be very helpful if someone could show me where to put logo(s) on these pages:

You can put "Powered by Spotify [Spotify logo]" at the bottom in the footer of each page.

I'm not sure about the linking back to the artists and tracks part though. I can't see in the screenshots if you have already done it or not.
