My Question

I've never had Spotify Premium, only the Free one. Today I signed up for a 3 month trial offer and I prepaid premium account for one year from the end of the offer. On my account the expiration of Spotify premium does not take into account the free three months. I don't understand and I am absolutely not satisfied

Thanks for reaching out.

Keep in mind that the offer for three months Premium is activated only with a recurring subscription. Prepaid option payment offers can't be used in combination with that that offer and instead activate the regular corresponding Premium time.
