Hi I signed up for Spotify 4 months ago and then tried to cancel cause of the $16 a week well when I logged into my account it said I’m not premium yet it’s still taking money out of my account!! I’m not happy someone help!!!

Um no I have the app and it says premium account, but it doesn’t have a
cancel premium option I signed up for a free month as a free user but
decided to keep Spotify but now I want to cancel it. I think I have
canceled it I just canceled my card and ordered another one

In this case, please make sure that you have canceled through the website, as there is no way to cancel through the app. You can cancel through this link.
