Premium account not recognized

My Question or Issue

Hi - I have a premiun account and I have been having issues to get google home to play songs in my account even though they are linked. I just went intoy profile on-line and Irealizee that for some reason my account is listed as being free instead of premium. Couldyou please look into this?
