Being charged after cancellation

I took the 3 month free trial and cancelled before it ended but you hsvevstill charged me  £9.99

I would like a refund for this and assurance no further payments will be taken.

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
