Being charged twice

I had an account I was paying 12.99 but my monthly payment did not go thru because my debit card changed, i was being charged from itunes. So i signed in to Spotify to get premium again, but this time they charged me 9.99$. So now i am being charged twice for the same account. How can i get a refund ?

If you were charged through iTunes, we suggest you reach out to them here to request a refund for the charge made through them.
