Cómo puedo cancelar una suscripción que yo pago pero que no es mía?

Pago todos los meses una suscripción de mi hijo pero él ya no vive en Argentina hace 3 años. La tuve que pagar todo este tiempo porque no es fácil darle de baja. Es increíble que para registrarse sea tan fácil y para darle de baja, tan difícil. Estoy indignada.

It's worth mentioning that if you're with your son at the moment, you can cancel the subscription from the Account Overview page, but he has to be logged in to his account. More details on the steps you can find in this article. 

However, if that's not possible, you can reach out to Customer Support and they can also cancel the subscription for you. You can contact them via one of the ways mentioned here.
