My Question or Issue

I was charged Rs. 66 on my first attempt to register the student premium account. The money was deducted from my UPI ID as well however it did not reflect on the Spotify payment page. The second time, the payment was registered on both my UPI ID and Spotify. When will my initial payment be refunded or reversed to me? I have the receipt of my first transaction as well which shows a deduction of Rs. 66 from my account.
