My Question or Issue

Diversi mesi fa avevo attivato il piano premium for students, per poi passare ad uno Family. Però adesso voglio togliermi come membro del family per tornare al piano studenti. Premetto che ho seguito le linee guida per il cambio piano ma, nonostante sia già stato verificato il mio sconto studenti e sia ancora valido (fino ad agosto 2020), il sito non me lo fa attivare. Come devo procedere?

thanks for posting, i hope you don't mind me replying in English !

It is indeed possible for your to switch back to your Premium for Student plan.

In order to do that, you'll have to ask your Family Plan owner to remove you from the current plan you are on.

After you've been removed, you will have to resubscribe to the plan you have already started.
