Olá,

Estou tentando assinar o plano Premium Duo, mas não estão aceitando minha forma de pagamento, mesmo assim estão cobrando R$10,00.

Já cobraram 2 vezes.

Gostaria de saber porque isso está acontecendo já que não estão aceitando o pagamento.
